Laughing's my Favorite

Y'all are the best. Seriously, thanks so much for all the kind comments on my last post. Don't you just hate it when people fish for compliments like that? Speaking of, I think that I am very bad at photography . . . ok go. Compliment away. . . Oh I kid.

The theme this week at I Heart Faces is laughing. Luckily Jayci LOVES to laugh, so I had lots of pictures to choose from. Which of course is a good AND a bad thing, because I am one of the most indecisive people. Of all time. So I resorted to an age-old solution for decision-making. I uploaded all the pictures to Facebook and then read the comments. This one said "Get this on the cover of a magazine" - so I figured it was a safe bet.


Gah she's cute. And BIG - almost 8 months old. Excuse me while I go mourn the loss of her childhood for a moment.

Not to be a suck-up or anything, but I LOVE the guest judge this week. Ree from Pioneer Woman. She's like a super-star or something. At least in the blogging world. Plus her macaroni and cheese recipe is to-die-for good. Which, in my book, makes her a winner. Oh and I even used her actions on my entry. Not that I can remember which ones. My brain is far too scattered for that.

    We need to hang out sometime! Let's plan a fun Atlanta outing for this summer. Maybe I could get Amy Beth to come along too :)

    and i did the same facebook option to choose my hat photo last week... the one that had the most comments won ;) this week i couldn't decide on my adult one and took a picture of the picture w/ my phone and sent the 2 options to all my photographer friends LOL

    I would say that it looks like you got a little bit of "seventies" or "colorized" in there...along with some other things. I love Ree's photography section too. Do you ever find that you go gaga over all the actions and have used like 50 of them to get to your final product?

    Who doesn't love free actions!?

  19. you're right she's so cute and even lovelier when she's laughing! we're the same i feel sad sometimes when my baby is growing up fast, i'm missing their baby stage.
