Every week I say: I am not going to enter I Heart Faces anymore. And every week, I do it anyways. I am not even a person of my word to my own self! I need to work on that one.That said, here's my cute little one on her birthday, enjoying her balloons . . . she does love her a good balloon. And can you blame her really?

I can almost hear her saying "Up....!" (which makes me think of the movie, "Up", which I absolutely adored!). I think it's a great picture.. love her pretty tutu, too..
