All of us here at the Stanley Clan have a big week ahead. Why? Well, let's just say that we triple-booked our dinner plans on two different nights this week. Oops. Somebody get us a calendar already.
And this busy week will end with 30 hours of foster care training, followed by a much-needed trip to the beach. Where maybe, just maybe, we can relax a little. If we're lucky.
*Don't worry, at some point I will recap the Beth Moore simulcast in some way, shape, or form. But again, no promises.
You can bet your booty that little grin makes me happy! Jayci's little wrinkle nosed grin is sure to make anyone smile. Again, congrats on your win last week and wishing you all the luck this week as well!

ReplyDeleteFoster care is very near to my heart as a close family member took in a sweet 2 year old almost 18 years ago. I have seen the system work for her and definitely against her. Her parents both passed away (graphic details not best for a blog) and she was able to be adopted by my family member. I love her to death as she was my own sister. I Skype all the time with her. Keep inspiring others, I sure am!
(I love the Elf reference in your post title! My 3 year old watched the "Buddy Movie" at least once a week.) It is hard figuring out what to do after a big win, but I think you chose well. The little nose scrunch is too cute and one of those things that is so hard to catch!
